At Dazz, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase of men's clothing. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return products and request a refund. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

Return Policy

  • You may return items purchased from dazz.pk within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be undamaged, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged upon delivery, or if the wrong item was shipped.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at support@dazz.pk with your order number and reason for return within the 7-day period.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (e.g., card or mobile wallet) within 10-14 business days from the date we receive the return. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit unless otherwise agreed.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered by us.
  • Refunds will not be issued for items returned after the 7-day period or if the item is damaged, worn, or missing original packaging.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at support@dazz.pk within 7 days of delivery.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for exchanges, and the same return conditions (undamaged, unworn) apply.

Exceptions

  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
  • Sale items may be subject to different return conditions, which will be specified at the time of purchase.
